Showrooms in Bideford and Exeter

Update Re: COVID-19 – 24th March 2020

As you are aware, following the Government announcement last night, all RGB branches and showrooms have remained closed today. There have been numerous questions from customers, and I thank you for your patience as we take further guidance and liaise with industry colleagues in terms of an appropriate response following the latest measures that the Government announced on Monday evening.

First and foremost, the safety of our staff is paramount and we have today pulled together more stringent measures to support our colleagues who operate our branches. All of these measures will be in place across the network, before tomorrow morning, when we will open with a reduced capacity, Delivery Service only.

Even this decision to offer a massively reduced service has been tough but we are a trade organisation serving the Building and Construction sector, which the Government has classified as necessary and essential and we have to listen to that. I want to put on record our sincere gratitude to the reduced level of staff who have agreed to work with us to support our customers and offer this level of service, which will be available for our Trade customers only.

We will continue to monitor the government guidelines and review our position on a daily basis at this time.

During this period the best way to communicate with us is directly by phone, to your relevant branch, or by e-mail via our 'Contact Us' page on our website. (https://www.rgbltd.co.ul/contact)

We thank you for your understanding and support.

Regards,

Kevin Fenlon
Chief Executive
